- Device data: GPS coordinates, vehicle telemetry, IMEI numbers — transmitted by your installed trackers.

- Support data: message content, RMA photos, support ticket correspondence.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide GPS tracking, alerts, and reporting services you have subscribed to.
- Process quotes, invoices, and payments.
- Provide technical support and warranty service.
- Improve our products, services, and platform performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, daily encrypted backups, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and a full audit trail. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for the lifetime of your account. Device position data is retained for 365 days. Invoices and billing data are retained for 7 years (tax compliance). Support tickets are retained for 3 years.

Under the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act 2022, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
